Distance Sales Agreement

Seller: İLYAS BULUT BUHARA MOBİLYA (Bulutlar Mobilya), Hacıköy Uzun Sokak Kapı No:15, 61400 Vakfıkebir / Trabzon, Türkiye; tax office: Vakfıkebir. Store: Söğütlü Mah. Adnan Kahveci Bulv., Akçaabat / Trabzon.

Buyer: The consumer whose details are provided on the order form.

Subject: The sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer, whose specifications and sale price are stated on the order page; the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

Delivery: Products are manufactured within the estimated time stated on the product page and delivered by our contracted carrier. For products made to order in custom size/color combinations, timing may vary with production load.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. For products custom-made to the Buyer's size/color specifications, the withdrawal exemption under Article 15/1-c of the Regulation may apply; this is clearly communicated before ordering.
